We keep the data we collect to a minimum. Pallmilla does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own purposes.

Information you give us
We collect what you provide when you place an order or contact us: your name, email address, delivery address, and the contents and value of your order. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and keep a record of any agreement we reach.
Information collected automatically
Our store runs on Shopify. When you visit, Shopify's systems record ordinary technical information such as your browser type, the pages you view, your approximate region, and the page that referred you. This is what delivers the site, remembers your cart, and keeps checkout secure.
Payments
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. When you pay, your card details are entered into Shopify's secure checkout and handled by Shopify as the payment provider. Pallmilla never sees or stores your full card number.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to make the store work — for example keeping items in your cart and remembering that you are logged in. We do not run advertising trackers, cross-site retargeting, or third-party analytics profiles on this store.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Correspondence is kept while it is useful to you and to us.
Who else sees it
Your information is shared only with the parties that need it to fulfil your order and meet our obligations — principally Shopify, which hosts the store and processes payments(Shopify Payment), and the carriers who deliver your parcel, who receive your name and delivery address for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices and rights
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Ask us to stop using your information for marketing, where you have not separately agreed to it.

Security
The store is served over encrypted connections and payments are handled by Shopify Payments on PCI-compliant infrastructure. No system is perfect, but keeping our data holdings small limits what could ever be exposed.
Children
Our store is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page. The version in force is the one published here when you use the store.
