Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm that the order has been dispatched. We may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — and if we do, any payment taken is refunded in full.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. The total cost is shown before you complete checkout. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Our current handling and transit times are set out in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Product information
We describe products and their specifications as accurately as we can. Colours and packaging may vary slightly between batches. Where a specification has not been confirmed with the manufacturer, the product page says so rather than stating a figure we cannot stand behind.
Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and governs returns.
Intellectual property
The Pallmilla name, our site content, photography, product descriptions and design are ours or used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it without authorisation, or scrape it for commercial purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or your purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect is the one published on this page when your order is placed.
