Is it right for you?

A good fit if you…

  • Ride fire roads, flow trails and green or blue singletrack: 120 mm of fork travel, 2.6 in MTB tires and a 15 mm thru-axle.
  • Climb a lot: 90 Nm of torque and a 44T chainring for low gearing.
  • Want to switch the bike between Class 1, 2 and 3 depending on where you ride.
  • Are a taller rider: the Large frame fits riders 5'8" to 6'6".

Look at something else if you…

  • Want rear suspension. This is a hardtail — all 120 mm is at the front.
  • Need a commuter. Fenders and a rack are optional extras, and the knobbly tires are slow on pavement.
  • Have to carry it. 62 lb is a lot to lift onto a rack or over a gate.

Questions buyers ask

How far does it go on a charge?

Up to 70 miles on pedal assist, based on a 187 lb rider in the lowest assist level on flat terrain. Climbing at high assist uses the 705.6 Wh battery much faster, so plan for less on mountain rides. The battery comes out for charging.

Is 90 Nm enough for steep climbs?

The motor delivers 90 Nm of torque and 1,300 W at peak, with a 44T chainring and an 8-speed Shimano drivetrain for low gearing on climbs.

Can I ride it on mountain bike trails?

That depends on the trail. Many trail systems allow Class 1 e-bikes only: set it to Class 1, pedal assist only, before you ride there. Federal wilderness areas and some state parks ban e-bikes entirely, so check the rules for each trail.

Does it have rear suspension?

No, it is a hardtail: all 120 mm of travel is in the fork. It suits flow trails, fire roads and light singletrack.

Will it fit me?

We stock the Large frame, for riders 5'8" to 6'6" with 780 mm bars. Riders under 5'8" will find this frame too big.

Does it come with fenders and a rack?

No. Fenders and a rear rack are sold separately.

Riding rules, delivery and returns

Where am I allowed to ride it?

Your state and city decide, by class. Class 1 assists only while you pedal, to 20 mph. Class 2 adds a throttle, also to 20 mph. Class 3 assists pedalling to 28 mph and is restricted or banned on bike paths in several states. Many trail systems allow Class 1 only. Check the rules where you ride before you raise the speed setting.

How is an e-bike delivered?

How do returns work?

Email support@pallmilla.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will confirm your return and send instructions. Return shipping is on us, with no restocking fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Can I pay in installments?

If your order is eligible, you will see Shop Pay Installments or Klarna as payment options at checkout.

How do I reach you?
